Just look for the map's code on the right hand side of any map page. Also, try adding maps as contacts

Do you have a Text Messaging Plan with your mobile carrier?
Flagr is free but carriers may charge standard rates for sending text messages. We recommend you contact your carrier about an unlimited text or picture messaging plan, so you can flag worry free.

Online How-to

Adding a flag

To flag a place and add it to a Flagr Map, simply visit the map's page and click the "Add Flag" tab beneath the map. You'll have two options:
  • Double click anywhere on the map.
  • Enter the business name, address, or phone number of the place you want to flag. (U.S. only)
You can also add a flag on the Flags page by clicking the Add Flag tab.
When you add a flag on this page, the new flag will not belong to any particular Flagr map.

Adding video to a flag

To add video to one of your flags, copy and paste the video's embed code into the flag's description.

Sending flags to maps

To send a flag to a specific map from the Flagr website:
  • Visit the Flags page and click on the flag you want to send.
  • Click the "send to map" icon in the flag info window. A list of your maps will appear in the left flag browser.
  • Choose the map you want to send the flag to.

Sharing maps

There are two ways to share a map:

  1. This URL points directly to the Flagr page that displays the map. Copy and paste this URL into an E-mail and send it to your friends.

  2. Copy and paste this HTML snippet into your website to insert the map directly into your page. Visitors will be able to see and interact with the map right on your site! You can also change the size of the map (by changing the width or height).
Here's an example of a custom map size:

The width and height of the map are appearing when I embed it on MySpace. How do I remove this?
Go to where you can edit the embed code, and then remove this text from the beginning:
    <object width="425" height="350">
Then save the changes and you'll find that this silly little problem is solved.
